This CE approved Double Rotary Tablet Press features two piece turret with lower punch seal, SS Turret Guards, safety interlocking for Upper and Lower Guard, Gravity Feeding System, Control Panel with Bypass Switches and with separated display for Tablet Count and RPM, Re-designed variable speed pulley, Auto Lubrication with Timer and Metering cartridges. The Fixed Hopper with slide controls the powder flow. Pankaj Industries provides hand wheel and the Cam tracks and pressure roller of the machine is made out of alloy steel for maximum wear resistance and long life. Worm is made up of Phosphor Bronze. The top half of the machine, that is the compression zone, is totally enclosed with SS hood, acrylic cover. This reduces the noise level and to and fro flows of dust between compression zone and machine room. Phosphor bronze bush is provided inside the turret hold. Lower Punch Cam of Double Rotary Tablet Press with Upper Roller with Penetration Adjustment System can be removed without dismantling the Lower Roller Assembly.
