| Master metrology manufactures a range of tungsten carbide gauges which includes plain plug, pin, plain ring, snap, width, keyway, depth, flush pin, wear parts, wire guides, whirling chamber and nozzles, and screw plug and ring gauges. A special grade of hot iso-statically pressed, densomet, porosity free carbide is selected for above-mentioned products. Special lapping and grinding techniques developed by the company imparts high degree of surface finish and dimensional control on the gauges. These gauges have a lot of advantages over traditional steel gauges. Its high trs, mm tungsten carbide outlasts steel by more than 30 times. Special features: high economical; special tungsten carbide gives 10-20 times more life as compared to steel gauges; highly wear resistant; less frequent calibration required; lower gauge procurement and planning costs; no danger of component rejection due to use of worn out gauges; and special preferential calibration services provided to our customers on priority.
