| R b bhog & co manufactures a concentrated mos2, [molybde-num dysulphide and molybdenum trioxide] dispersion, offered by vinod industries. This is designed to enhance load carrying capacity of gear oils. The dosage is up to 5% or 10% in critical gearboxes, which are subjected to load, temperature, gear wear, pitting and scoring. This is useful in following areas:
1] sugar mills-fmg mill gearboxes, rbc return bagasse carrier, walchandnagar gearboxes with centralised lubrication systems, mill journal bearings, brass and white metal bearings;
2] steel mills-to be mixed 5% by volume in wire rope oil for reducing wear and breakages, piv drives, which will run cooler and also reduce oil consumption, mudguns, ross straddle carriers, drawing oils in bachman machines in tungsten rolling mill and large gearboxes which work under load and temperature.
it includes advantages such as cools hot gearboxes, prevents gear wear, filling of gear pittings and scoring. It can be mixed with any gear/bearing oil and does not clog or choke filters. It extends gear oil life and reduces power consumption and noise level, avoids costly gear set replacement, and protects from corrosion.
