| Machtoners engineers manufactures steel backed, sintered bronze ptfe and lead lined self lubricating bushes, washers and slide plates for dry or semi-lubricated environments. The company also offers these self-lubricating bushes in different backing materials like ss 304, ss 316 and bronze suitable for corrosive environment applications. Popularly called as the du/dxò series these bushes substitute conventional bearings and saves space, provide for a maintenance-free bearing and superior shock and impact load resistance. These self-lubricating bushes have excellent performance also under high load-low speed application with operating temperature ranging between -200 to +250° c. The sliding ptfe layer provide lower co-efficient of friction; chemical resistance and low wear characteristics compared to conventional self-lubricating materials. These self-lubricating bushes are applicable in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and equipments, all types of valves, pumps, automatic machines, material handling equipment, automotive, office equipments, textile machines, and machine tools.
