It has now introduced high-tech nc/cnc transfer systems, series t2/t3 for press automation. Free programmable parameters allow different sequences of motions and the transport of a large variety of parts of different dimensions. This guarantees a high degree of flexibility and at the same time reliability. These systems are available as 2 or 3 axis transfers. They can be powered directly from the crankshaft of the press or alternatively by a servomotor. 2-axis transfers series ag are especially suited for cutting and punching operations. Deep drawn and forged parts require an additional lifting stroke before or after the forming process. 3-axis trans-lift systems series ahg are best suited for these applications. Within the company`s peripheral press automation program, they offer the series apz single and multiple axis parts stacking and destacking systems. Designed and built to ensure reliability and workability, these units guarantee a consistently productive operation. They may include or be complemented by: pallet conveyors and/or buffer devices; double blank detectors and/or ejectors; stack transfer devices; blank lubrication or cleaning devices. Series af special feeders and devices have been developed to make available a family of free programmable feeders to the metal-forming industry for special parts handling in welding and material handling.
