• Add to Inquiry Basket | Citann engineers provides vibratory motors. These are robust, reliable high loadable, quiet running and require minimum maintenance. The vibratory motors are totally enclosed, 3- phase, squirrel cage induction motors with adjustable eccentric weights mounted at both the ends of the shaft, to set up vibrations during rotation. The design of shaft and the selection of bearings have been carefully done to withstand heavy radial loads. These motors are used in various material handling equipment, such as vibrating screens, conveyors and feeders. They are also used on hoppers and silos to prevent coagulation of material flow. Foundry shakeouts and compacting machines use these motors for efficient operation. Features: generously dimensioned cylindrical roller bearing, with self lubrication to ensure free long life expectancy; embedded in a high quality resin impregnated vibration proof winding that is insensitive to dampness and dust; dust and water tight due to a sealing covering with a special circular rubber washer; high powered starting torque; absolutely secure centrifugal mounting; universal mounting facilities through a choice of inter spacing in the base mounting; increased efficiency and low maintenance; and rugged construction for tough environments. Typical specifications centrifugal force range - from 42 to 14250 n; operating torque range suitable for vibratory units - from 3.6 to 3600 kg.Cm; working weight range - from i to 6000 kg; power connection - 3-phase, 50 hz, 415v ac; rated consumption -o.I to 10 kw; ambient temperature - up to 60c; degree of protection - ip 65 as in din 40 050, p2 or ip 55 as in din iec 34, part 5; and insulation class - f class.
