| N k engg offerslaunches introduces a highly versatile semi-automatic portable powder filler. The powder filler machine works operates on the vacuumetric principle. Powder is drawn into a preset cylinder [filling gun] by vacuum; then, by pressing a foot pedal, light air pressure replaces the vacuum and deposits the preformed powder slug into the waiting container without waste or spillage in the powder filler. This is designed for simple operation powder filler is constructed at economical cost. The powder filler machine is ideal for smaller companies with low-volume production. Large companyies can also use it for reproduction or marketing samples. The unit is neat, compact, portable, providing trouble-free operation. Which is contained in a compact carrying case is the control system and gauges as well as one filling gun, foot pedal, hose, vibratory funnel feeder and powder trough. The powder filler machine is spillage proof and causes minimal dusting is caused by the powder filler while dosing. Vacuum pump and compressor is to be provided by the customer.
