• Add to Inquiry Basket | Om industries offers centreless grinding machines suitable for a wide range of metallic and non-metallic parts. The machines are recommended for rapid and accurate production of bearing races, needle rollers, auto-sleeve and parts, oil engine parts, drills, punches, surgical instruments, long bright bar, fasteners, bushes, etc. Bed is made from close-grained integrated cast-iron and adequately ribbed with box structure design. Grinding wheel head has sturdy design to ensure maximum rigidity and smooth operations. Spindle made of nickel chrome steel is duly hardened, ground and lapped. The spindle runs in adjustable phoherous bronge` bush bearing. Automatic lubrication is by oil splashing system. Regulating wheel head is mounted on feed slide and traversed by hand wheel or lever over dovetail guide ways. Oil shot lubrication of regulating wheel slide ways permits correct lubricant to suit the operation. Spindle made of nickel chorm is hardened ground and lapped .The spindle runs in adjustable phosphorous bush bearing in oil bath. Stepped pulleys vary the spindle speed. Both the grinding and regulating wheels heads are provided with hydraulically operated wheel dresser featuring stopless variable dressing speed and are controlled by a control valve within easy approach of the operator. These centreless grinding machines have unique taper setting device like imported machines which save lot of dressing time and wheel`s wearinq.
