• Add to Inquiry Basket | C.R.I provides c.R.I. Valves with innovative design and stringent quality control at all stages to ensure trouble free service. The company supplies swing type non-return c.R.I. Energy efficient frictionless foot valves and reflux valves that are constructed as per is: 10805 standards. These foot valves are available in screwed and flange type construction whereas the reflux valves have threaded portions at both ends. These valves give unrestricted smooth flow of water and reduce the frictional losses. The c.R.I. Frictionless foot valve has less than 0.8 `k` valve and reflux valves have less than 0.5 `k` value. Thereby the additional load on prime mover is reduced resulting in more discharge. Some of the salient features of these c.R.I. Valves include
Minimum frictional loss as suction flow is almost straight.
Increases water discharge upto 20% and reduce power consumption upto 10%.
Synthetic rubber flap prevent water leakage in the foot valve and reflux valves.
Ring washer prevents breakages.
Easily replaceable parts.
Graded cast iron body.
Flange type foot valve`s flange hole as per bis standard, is: 10805 standards.
Screw type and flange type foot valves, check valves threading as per is: 554 standards.
Foot valves have a cast iron strainer with cored slots and adequate straining area. Pvc material foot valve and check valve.
The sealing effected by a good quality rubber flap fitted with cast iron semi circular disc plates with appropriate weight to give perfect sealing of water.
Black paint coating conforming to is: 158 standards that do not impart any taste or smell to water and avoid rust formation.
Air valve connected with delivery pipeline to eliminate the trapped air in the system.
These base plates suitable for 4" and 6" borewells in gi and ci material.
Pvc material ball valve is used for changing direction flow in pipelines.
