• Add to Inquiry Basket | Indo texnology offers a comprehensive and efficient solution for air conditioning/humidification and automatic waste evacuation and dust filtering, and sell about 1500 units of honeycomb filter units/year. Main features: smart filtering - significant power savings; efficient filtering - the filtered air is recyclable and can be integrated with humidification system; maintenance free; compact & prefabricated - less space and civil construction not required. The honeycomb filtering system consists of 2 stage filtering: 1 the first stage collects and extracts the fibres from the sucked air from cards, combers and blow room. 2 the second stage is used to filter out fine micro dust from the air exhausted out of the first stage. The air after filtering is pure enough to be re-circulated into the humidification system. First stage unit consists of a disc filter [patented] with sealed housing, a fibre compactor and dust-collecting fan. The fibrous dust collected on the filter net is sucked off by a fan through a big revolving nozzle, and then is separated and compacted by a fibre compactor. The air from the fan returns back to the first stage cabinet. Second stage unit consists of honeycomb dust filters [patented internationally], sealed housing, fine/ micro dust compressor and a dust collection fan. The cylindrical filter bags are arranged in a cellular structure and are made of fireproof plush filter fabrics. The fine micro dust is filtered out, and accumulated on the surface of the filter media, which then gets sucked off by a cleaning robot the robot comprises of suction arm with [cally arranged nozzles which moves in and out i of the 6 filter drum sets and then goes side", succeeding rows. This is repeated according programme set in the plc. Micro dust is led to the dust separating and compressing device, while air to the second stage cabinet. Electrical control elements of the first and stage are installed in an electrical controlling c, which can be placed in an appropriate position filtering room. A plc controller controls the mo the second stage and various security and devices are set inside the electrical cont, cabinet.
