Floral seeds not only distributes a wide range of seeds and plants but also gives seed treatment. Seeds can be treated with chemical fungicides to kill the spores that are present on the seed. This gives also some protection against spores present in the soil [soil-borne diseases] during the germination. Following are the seeds treatment available at floral seeds:
acid treatment
soak in concentrated h2so4 for 5-15 mins
soak in concentrated h2so4 for 20-30 mins
soak in concentrated h2so4 for 45-60 mins
immerse in boiling water, allow to cool
immerse in boiling water for 5 to 15 mins
soak in hot water
soak in hot water for 12 hours
soak in hot water for 24 hours
soak in hot water for 48 to 72 hours
soak in tepid water 24 hours
soak in tepid water 236 hours
soak in tepid water 248 hours
stratification up to 30 days.
