As part of these products, the company offers automatic heated centrifuge model ahc. It is specially designed to produce low-oil or traditional batch fried potato chips and snacks. It reduces chip oil content and increases the flexibility of batch fryer. It is equipped with a gas burner assembly, painted steel fan, clean-in-place spray manifold, discharge conveyor and operating controls. It is provided with a programmable logic controller to adjust product feed and discharge, temperature, drum acceleration, deceleration and spin time. Automatic heated centrifuge is suitable for individual or multiple batch fryers. This is available in two models to de-oil up to 45 or 75 pound batches of potato chips. Other key features of this automatic heated centrifuge are as follows:
Compact vertical design with insulated exterior panels saves space and energy.
A cone inside the centrifuge drum reduces free-fall damage to incoming product.
Gentle acceleration and deceleration of the drum further prevent product breakage.
Cooking oil drains to a single outlet during operation.
