Offers model bpf breaded products fryers for frying the prepared foods with continuous circulation of externally heated cooking oil. 100% of the system oil volume circulates between the fryer, filter and external heat exchanger and with this simple feature quick, uniform and gentle heating of cooking oil is provided. This advantage of oil circulation in the breaded products fryers provides efficient removal of fines and prevents hard-to-clean deposits in the fryer pan.
