The entire unit supplied by the company incorporates hard chrome plated cylinder, solid dasher or open dasher with eccentric shaft, digital ice-cream hardness controller, hour meter, anti-freeze protection device, speed variable device with indicator, ss diaphragm pressure gauge, suction and discharge pressure gauges for refrigerant circuit, and hot gas supply to freezing cylinder, and other features. The continuous ice-cream freezers are available with interlock and safety controls for single phase, over load, low and high refrigerant pressures.
