At present ravi industries is manufacturing various machines such as fluid bed dryer [ordinary as well as gmp model], drying oven [ordinary as well as gmp model], dry heat sterilizer for sterilizing vial, bottle container etc. [complete gmp model], rapid mixer granulator & other tablet section machinery.
Ravi industries produces bins with cage blender system. The cage blender system is used for the powder and granules blending in pharmaceutical industry. This system has replaced completely the conventional blenders like `y` shape / double cone or ribbon type. At 20 rpm the machine is comprised of a fabricated m.S. / s.S. Cage rotating. Cage blender for bins has some salient features like,
The dust formation in the tableting or respective area is completely eliminated.
The deblending does not take place, even if the blending time exceeds the validated limits.
There is no scooping involved for charging or discharging unlike the conventional ones.
