At present ravi industries is manufacturing various machines such as fluid bed dryer [ordinary as well as gmp model], drying oven [ordinary as well as gmp model], dry heat sterilizer for sterilizing vial, bottle container etc. [complete gmp model], rapid mixer granulator & other tablet section machinery.
ravi industries manufactures vacuum jacketed mixer, which has two open beaters that moves according to planetary motion. By a separate motor the scraper blade and centrally located high shear emulsifier run for manufacture of creams, ointments, suspensions etc. At the time of mixing to remove air entrapment in product the machine is specially designed to operate under vacuum. In bowl open type double beater supplied to cover full cros section of product. To scrap product sticking on the bowl teflon fitted on ss scrapper are provided. For homogenizing product with independent drive high-speed disperser is suitable. Unit will also have motorized with lifting & lowering system. The product has some salient features like,
range of models to suit working volume 100 lits. To 1000 lits. [for ointment] and 100 lit to 500 lits. [for powder mixing]
Occupies comparatively smaller floor space for installation.
Planetary motion of the beater enable faster and better mixing of material at a considerably lesser time.
Ideal for mixing dry / wet material like powder, ointment tooth pastes, cream etc.
Gmp / flame proof / ss 316 construction on demand.
Units with jacketed bowls for heating and cooling can also be provided.
Drive heads can be raised and lowered by manual, hydraulic or electro-mechanical means
Castor wheel mounted on product container for ease of mobility.
Deairation of mixing bowl under vacuum on demand.
