At present ravi industries is manufacturing various machines such as fluid bed dryer [ordinary as well as gmp model], drying oven [ordinary as well as gmp model], dry heat sterilizer for sterilizing vial, bottle container etc. [complete gmp model], rapid mixer granulator & other tablet section machinery.
ravi industries produces double cone vacuum dryer. This product is used for drying of heat sensitive materials that are used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The product has a conical cylinder supplied with a jacket for steam or oil heating. Under vacuum the indirect heating process is carried out. At the time of operation condensing the vapor generation recovery of solvent is made. To ensure gentle agitation of the entire mass the cone rotates at a slow rpm. The product has some salient features like,
