Process Masters Equipment [I] Pvt. Ltd manufactures Hot Break System Machine for preheating of Tomatoes. Process Masters Equipment [I] Pvt. Ltd is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. The Hot Break System Machine is suitable for preheating of Tomatoes / Guavas before juice extraction. The raw washed tomatoes / Guavas are crushed in the mill and get collected in the bottom tank. The crush is then circulated through the heat exchanger for preheating up to required temperature. Steam is the heating media used in the heat exchanger to heat the crush. After achieving the required temperature the product is discharged to the Pulper for juice extraction. Capacity ranges from 2500 kgs per hr upto 5000 kgs per hr. This process is required for the following.
Deactivating the enzymes, which are likely to be generated
Getting good co lour and maximum recovery.
