The cams are made from high quality alloy steel and profile machined on simultaneous 5-axis cnc machine. A modified sine curve cam profile ensures controlled and positive acceleration, high load capacity and vibration-free movement, which are some of the inherent side effects of other mechanisms like geneva, ratchet wheel and drum cam system. The indexers are oil filled for extended life and finds optimum application in high-speed presswork, automation and assembly line machines.
