The design allows highest precision leveling within the range of 1/100 mm. Self-acting misadjustment due to vibration influence is avoided by a self-locking device. Large supporting surfaces of the wedge mounts permit optimum foundation support and rigidity. High solidity and equally high vibration insulation is obtained through assembling of the respective insulating plates.
