The liquid ring vacuum pumps have main application in various areas like in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, oil, sugar, paper/pulp industries, etc. Other applications are in distillation, evaporation, drying, pulverization, crystallization, vacuum impregnation, dehydration, filtration, evacuation, condensation, deodorisation, sterilizing, pneumatic conveying, extruder venting/sizing for pvc pipes, solvent recovery, brake testing, etc. Salient features of these vacuum pumps include: vacuum levels up to 710 mm of hg at close suction [with sealing water at temperature of 29ºc supplied at 1.5 kg/cm² pressure]; suction capacities up to 442 m³/hr, no lubricant in contact with pumped gases; safe operation and minimum maintenance. |
