Electrosine systems introduces brake magnet calibrators that have instrumusic impulse magnetisation set up with an impulse transformer for high current energy required to saturate brake magnet assemblies. There is also a calibration circuitry within the assembly to bring the assembly to its working point. This is done via sensors which are fixed in the yoke enterfer which the magnetic values and duly calibrate them by microprocessor. Due to the precise feeback of magnetic sensors and microcontroller the clarity of the system is very fine with faster production rate. Brake magnets are used in energy meters for household and industrial applications.
