| Powertek equipment offers low backlash servo gearbox. This finds application in semiconductor and electronic manufacturing, packaging, glass manufacturing food industry, conveyor drives, robotics, machine tools, and automation and in other works where motion and positioning control is required. These gearboxes give a quick dynamic response, high repeatability, and precise positioning control. Modular and flexible design offers an advanced technology reducer that can be universally mounted. It allows for greater weight savings providing many advantages to virtually any servo application. A typical range of ratios from 4:1 to 250:1 can be offered. The facility is also given to adjust backlash externally in case; the factory set backlash increases due to wear and tear. Powertek equipment co offers gearboxes with low backlash in three precision levels-30-arc min, 15-arc mm, 5-arc min providing a very versatile gearbox for the required application. Use of high stiffness, hardened and ground gears, quality bearings, life long lubricants, hollow input version, are other salient features. The company provides all this along with fast delivery for standard components as well as custom-built gearboxes.
