| J n thermocontrols gauges offers a wide range of chemical seal type diaphragm pressure gauges. These are available in all ranges from vacuum to up to 400 kg/cm²; dial size from 55 to 154 mm; die cast aluminium weatherproof and ss weatherproof as per ip 65 housing; bourdon material brass, ss 316 and phosphor bronze; diaphragm material like ss 316l, mone1, hastelloy, and tantalum can be offered to suit the process requirement. The calibration offered is as per is3624 accuracy of the gauges is [1% as per is. Over range protection is 20% as per is. The diaphragm unit is designed in a manner that the diaphragm do not repture even the pressure goes above the specified over range protection limits. These units are used in the industries like chemical, bulckdrugs, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers where corrosive slurries or viscous fluids may be encountered in the process, which may clog or damage the pressure element. The company offers traceable calibration certificates far iso purpose. Calibration inspection can be offered on budenberg dead weight testers, which are tire world best testers.
