| Industrial applications has introduced a new range of indamag bench type stationary magnetic crack detectors with up to 10,000 amps ac and dc magnetising current output capacities. These are appropriate for both dry and wet particle inspection methods, both daylight and fluorescent systems. These are recommended for inspection of heavy and voluminous test objects of ferrous nature for detection of surface and sub-surface discontinuities and flaws in them. Simplicity of its operation method allows even a semi-skilled workman to operate it easily with initial familiarisation. These are economically priced and help towards quality assurance, prevention of rejections and faultless end products, saving labor and winning customer confidence. Design and construction of the machine features a test bench of suitable length for longitudinal current flow, a coil for circular current flow, variable current controller, time control unit, remote operation switch, demagnetising facility, continuous cooling system, contact pads to hold test job on the bench, - one of which being pneumatically movable , liquid tank with motorised circulation pump for wet particle flow, particle collection tray, electric stirrer, black hood with black light to adopt fluorescent inspection under dark chamber, etc. The indamag range also consists of other 60 different portable, semi-portable and mobile models offering the prod-&-cable method.
