| Godson engineering corporation offers double pinch cum pyramid type plate bending machine. The machine based on the principle of plate pre-pinching and rolling combines the advantage of 3-roll pyramid type, 3-roll initial pinch type and 4 roll pinch machines. Highest degree of pre-bending can be achieved. An error in pre pinching can be corrected even after the shell is complete. It can pre pinch and roll the plate without removing the plate form the machine after first insertion. Inclined movement of bottom rolls provides wider bending span as the plate thickness increases, and better grip on thinner plates. The machine has inherent capacity bending with extra attachments, and even pre-pinching of cones can be done. Special features include: all welded steel construction; gear drive that eliminates use of v-belts or cardan shaft drive; high carbon, forged solid solid steel rolls; efficient wedge mechanism; and many others.
