It has specialized in manufacturing production machines for thread rolling, spline rolling, burnishing, etc, and developed special machines for pulley forming, combined thread rolling/burnishing, combined thread rolling/spline rolling, etc. The company has also developed expertise in automation for the machines manufactured by them. Most of the machines delivered to customers are with some form of automation for loading/unloading of components depending on customer requirements. Semi- automatic loading/unloading devices are available for most common applications where the operator is required to only load and unload a component on the machine. For high production applications, fully automatic loading/unloading is possible through suitable devices. Thread rolling machines are available in a variety of designs and configurations up to 60 tonne capacity suitable for through feed and plunge rolling. Both 2-roll and 3-roll machines are available throughout the capacity range.
