Intelmac presented centreless grinding machines [model esrarta-323], manufactured by estsrtsrectificadora s coop sa, spain. Theses grinding machines feature grinding wheels of 610 mm dia* 250 mm dia width powered by 22 kw motors. The catridge type grinding spindles are supported on hydro-dynamic bearings in twin-grip arrangement and its regulating wheelhead features a double slide contruction. Grinding wheel dressing is by a 2 axes cnc system which allows very high flexibility in grinding components with complex shapes. Features include: standard dressers electrically/hydraullicalyly driven; cantilever grinding wheel headstock with incorporated balance equipment; grinding wheel dresser by cnc andservomotor; regulating wheel slide driven by servomotors; twin grip grinding wheel headstock; portal loading systems servomotor-driven; multi-diameter measuring station; air/electronic measuring equipment; laser measuring equipment; and high production loading systems [centrifugal or vibratory].
