| Shreeram engineers manufactures series 143, a three-piece design ball valve to suit a wide range of applications and pressures up to 350 bar. It is convenient for on-line maintainable by removing three body connector bolts and loosening the fourth. The body can be swang away using the fourth bolt as a fulcrum to carry out any maintenance on the valve. Due to this feature the valve does not have to be removed out of the line and will reduce maintenance down time to a bare minimum. Mirror finished ss floating ball is held between pre-compressed ptfe seat with slots for a leak tight fit at both positive and negative pressures. The bottom entry blow-out proof stem with malleable casting cranked lever provides maximum safety. Manufactured as per bs:5351 and tested as per bs:5146 or api:598 standard. The ball valves are available in material astm a 105 forged ss 304, ss 316, mild steel and brass material with socket weld, s/e and butt welded or extended nipple end connection.
