| Shree butbhavani mechanic works offers swastik brand cylindrical grinding machines that are designed and developed to achieve accuracies of roundness and cylindricity of jobs. The total body is built into a single piece, ie, the whole body is integral. This assures free vibration and high accuracy as well as long life of the machine. This main body and guideways are made up of graded casting and which is having close grained casting, rigit box structured and adequately ribbed design. It provides very high rigidty and stability to the machine. The spindle is made of alloy steel and hardened it runs on precision angular contact bearings on the rear end, and long conical bronze bush at the front, to enable precious adjustment. The spindle can be locked for centre-to-centre grinding and can also be converted into a live spindle for chuck or collet work. To obtain desired spindle speed easily, it is driven through two-speed motor, which is controlled by a change over electrical switch.
