Lubgraf synoils offers a number of die-casting products for forging/drawing/extrusion, which will help maximize performance and increase profits. Grafocoat die coats are formulated with know how from a us-based consultant. They are based on synthetic polymers and not wax. These new polymers resist high temperature, last longer (high dilution) and give bright surface finish without any residue or corrosion on the dies. The range: grafocoat-810 - a 100% synthetic die-face lubricant. It mixes easily in water and does not clog fine nozzles. The dilution is 80 to100 times with water that cools die effectively to give even grain size; grafocoat-ss-1020 - a synthetic polymer base die-face lubricant. The dilution ratio is 100 to 150 times with water; grafocoat-oc - a highly stable dispersion of pure and ultrafine graphite in oil. There is no residue from pure graphic or oil to give clean casted parts; grafocoat-wg - water base graphite dispersion. It forms stable suspension after dilution, ideal for die-casting, forging, extrusion, etc; and grafocoat-glp - graphite less plunger lubricant for automatic plunger lub systems with half the usage plunger life can be increased, eliminates problem of graphite setting.
