Alkon plastics, manufacturers & introduces a broad range of pcb fixed conductive racks to stack & store or transport pcbs. These racks are manufactured in both conductive [10 cube to 105 ohm/sq] & non-conductive plastics & can manage all sizes of pcbs. They are used to safeguard boards during storage or transport in assembly line or accommodate with automatic component insertion machines. These are economical racks for handling clinched smds soldered or bared boards of any size.
the prominent feature of this product is as follows:
- tapered slots to keep pcbs in taper position
- easy to carry
- size of 458mm x 140mm
- 25 slots black colour for conductive & grey colour for non-conductive
in addition, two racks can be connected with aluminium for wide pcbs up to 600mm.
