These shears have monoblock, high tensile, welded steel frame, which is rigid to deflection. Swing top beam working on high precision and se lf- aligning roller bearings are provided. They have also easy and accurate gap adjustment, accurate adjustment system for blades modem and silent hydraulic system conforming to safety norms, hydraulic pressure safety system, grounded and chrome covered hydraulic, high pressure resistance and silent, hydraulic pumps, polyamide surfaced hydraulic presses prevent sliding of the plate during the cutting conforms tointernational safety standards,other features include emergency stop buttons, rapid cuttings of short pieces by electrical stroke adjustment system, motorised back gauge with electronic digital readouts, digital counters, rear slides, t-slots on the squaring arm and on the support arm, table with ball transfers, abrasion resistant blades, top blades, two-axes and bottom blade, four axes, lighting of cutting line, rear and side guards, ringer guards, photocell on the rear guards, etc. |
