These plastic pallets are provided, which come with injection moulded single piece design without any welds or joints. These pallets find their applications in almost all environments of industries and can cut down the recurring expenses. These pallets also find their applications inpharmaceutical, chemical industries, cold storages, spinning and dying units and electronic industries.Some of the constructional features of this pallets include:the pallet is made of vu stabilised hdpe with four way entry for easy forklift operation. These pallets are maintenance-free products, as they do not involve nails or splinters, and are economical, recyclable and environment friendly. Various technical features are also provided with these pallets which are:the ranges of static and dynamic load capacities are 4,00013,636 kgs and 1,0001,815 kgs, respectively, depending upon the size. The pallet with dimension 1,219 mm x 1,219 mm x 140 mm has four special rings to hold 205 litre drums securely during transport and storage.These pallets with tough and durable structure have long life and can be cleared with water or steam for hygienic applications. They have excellent chemical and weather resistance and can be used indoors as well as outdoors. These are ideal for use in almost all environments of industries and can cut down the recurring expenses. The areas of applications are: pharmaceutical, chemical industries, cold storages, spinning and dying units and electronic industries. These are available in reversible and non-reversible types.
