Rapid controls pvt. Ltd.
Rapid controls offer a high range of high torque electrical actuators that are available in reversible, unidirectional and multiturn options. These comprise of inexpensive and compact actuators with use of ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, plug valves or any other thing that requires rotary applications. These actuators contain thermal protection in case of excessive temperature rise. Features and benefits: permanently lubricating, permanently duplicating self-locking gears standard manual override; mechanical travel adjustable tool to 150° in both directions; block resistant motor with over heating protection; ambient temperature 10 to 50°c; manual actuation 14 to 20 turns for 90°c; and robust and maintenance free.
