| Aventek manufactures relay cards which are applicable in switching high voltage/current equipments like contactors motors by means of low current controls isolating control circuit direct contact with high voltage or high current. These relay card can be used between output driver and switching device. In order to interface between switching outputs directly to instruments/ controllers the relay cards come as a solution where this is not possible. These relay cards are available with salient features such as led indications for indicating status of control output, fuse protection where fuse can be easily replaced and protects instrument/controller in case of short circuit at valves, motors, etc. These relay cards can also be applied to high voltage/current outputs switching by proximity switch where direct interlocks are required and in making control circuit compact. The relay cards have the advantage of reducing larger space taken by panel mount relays, wires for connections in control panel. The relay cards can be easily handled by detachable connectors and insulated mounting chassis and also can have an easy mounting by din rail mount chassis. The relay cards are available with a low current consumption which helps in using small power supplies avoiding large and bulky power supplies. The company also supplies frc and d type connector type relay cards to avoid screwed connections, range of input voltage in solid relay cards as per availability of voltage in control panels, relay cards with different versions of power supply if no voltage is available in control circuit and also power distribution cards which can be used instead of bulky bus bars. The company also provides with rc snubber cards where voltage fluctuation and noise takes place during switching in solenoids.
