Split front device design permits the work piece to be automatically indexed to a bar-end remant of 50mm only.
The vice securely clamps the work piece or both side of the cut thus minimizing drop-off burrs. This design is most suitable for nesting or bundle cutting and is ideal for cutting short length pieces.
Auto length indexing & length counter : the automatic feeding of job is also done by indexing. The feed length can set by screw & digital counter assembly with length accuracy of +/- 0.2mm.
The handwheel is provided to set the cutting length upto 400 mm that can be read on digital counter in increment of olmm. The multiple strokes make it possible to multiply the number of index cycle when pieces longer than 400mm are required.
Nesting fixture/bundle clamping consisting of hydraulic vertical clamps mounted on the rear and the front vices. This makes it possible to cut multiple pieces at a time.
Powered blade cleaning brush keeps the blade free from chips for smoother cutting & increases the performance/life of the blade.
