These are manufactured with sleeve type clamping mechanism with which the rotary table is clamped by applying hydraulic pressure to the outer circumference of the turn table. Since the sleeve is clamped closed to the work piece, the table clamp force is enlarged. This is most suitable for heavy-duty cutting and also improves the machining accuracy and life of cnc rotary table. These tables can be equipped with stepper motor or dc/ac servo motors. Carefully designed, rigid construction assures high and constant indexing accuracy, can operate as function or as fourth axis or more. Axial and radial run with 0.01 mm cumulative indexing accuracy within 15 sec is achievable. Available with all standard accessories.
