| Arihant industrial corporation manufactures model arisup in two versions such as arisup 50 lt and 50 lt x 2 which is a super finishing machine. These super finishing machines are ideal to be used for finishing various shafts, automatic rocker shafts, piston rods, hard chrome-copper plated/aluminium rolls, rotogravure rolls, gear shafts, needles, spindles and contact area of seals. The machine can provide super finish to all ground or fine turned components with a working range restricted by the capacity of the machine tool on which it is mounted. Arisup 50 lt x 2 is more economical to use for large components and higher production and comes mounted on a lathe with a 320 to 1000 grit or higher fine grit superfinishing stone pressed against rotating component with the help of pneumatic cylinder. In the operation of these super finishing machine the component rotates as the superfinishing stone oscillates parallel to axis of the component at a very high frequency generated by pneumatic power unit. The machine can also provide a high degree of surface finish as fine as 0.02.Ura by regular flushing action with help of coolant. This arisup super finishing machines can improve roundness and bearing contact area eliminating chatter marks, feed spirals which had resulted during the operations of other conventional machines. These arisup super finishing machines are also ideal for taper superfinishing, plunge cut superfinishing and id superfinishing in special cases.
