| Shailesh machine tools has introduced punching and shearing machine. It is useful in plants working with sheet-metal or fabricating steel, where maximum output is desired with a minimum amount of equipment. This machine combines five operations, ie, shearing plated section, round and square bars cropping, notching and punching. This machine is well equipped with rolled steel plates of high resistance to deformation. This machine has separate clutches and slides, which enables three men to work on it simultaneously and independently of each other for maximum production. This is an outstanding feature of this machine. The shaft and all other highly stressed parts are made from good quality steel to ensure quite operation. It includes a drive of 3 hp 3-phase, 50 hz compact squirrel cage motor and a control panel. The machine is constructed with a robust positive rolling key clutch. This most desired and positive engaging clutch is assured to transmit at all time the maximum torque and trouble free working of the machine. It is set with a hand lever for engaging the clutch, leaves the other hand free to handle the material. Each clutch can be operated for single or continuous operation, the clutch remains engaged. This machine includes three slides. The structural design allow the driving forces to be directed, therefore they always act in the direction of the movement of slide. The machine has a centralised lubrication system using hand pump. Auto lubrication and length gauge [to cut bars, sections to desired length] are also provided on request.
