| Goldin equipment manufactures neem seed processing machinery for processing neem seeds. The machine separates required sized seeds from other seeds and impurities. The neem seeds, often mixed with the neem fruit, carry a lot of dirt and impurities. These machineries remove the impurities like dirt, stones, sticks, stems, etc, by screen-air-separator and destoner. The neem seed processing machinery has aspiration systems for separating light impurities and remove oversize as well as undersize impurities through suitable meshes. The machine then separates the required seed or fruits and then they are dehulled into impact hullers working with minimum breadage and high dehulling efficiency compared to others. After dehulling, the mixture is passed over grader to separate mixture of unhulled kernels, broken and fines. These separated mixtures are fed to air classifier to separate hulls from kernels, unhulled and broken. The separated kernels are then taken to expeller or pulveriser for further processing.
