These are bayonet-type automatic drilling units of fp type with motorized tool-rotation and pneumatic advancement. There are two micro switches mounted in the front and the rear, respectively to control the movement. The automatic self-feed drilling units are available with technical specifications like pneumatic linear-motion; positive fine-adjustable stop controls stroke-length; rapid-approach has independent adjustment; and motorized drive for the tool operates through timing belt. The company supplies these units in various tap diameters and for various stroke-lengths and can be mounted at any angle, held either on pedestal or inside cylindrical housing. |
