| Precision international suppliesoffers an automatic indexing table designedveloped by colombo filippetti of italy. This is a medium/heavy-duty indexing table. This indexing table is used for the operations of automotive manufacturing or assembly at high speeds. The indexing table is suitable for up to 16 stations equally divided over its circumference and an operating speed of up to 300 cycles per minute. The movement of this table is entirely free from vibrations. Following are the general features which are provided by this indexing table; the indexing starts with zero velocity and ends with zero velocity, due to the special cam mechanism inside the table t. This cycle can continue to operate non stop for any number of hours or days, . It is free of any pneumatic or hydraulic systems and does not suffer from jerks or incomplete movement due to pressure loss. This indexing table finds its applications in there are hundreds of applications in the 2 wheeler, or automotive, or the heavy industry for manufacturing operations or for assembly. More than one component can be processed per cycle, if the total number of stations could be divided into sub groups of 2, 4, or 8, with each of these groups giving a finished component. According to the model chosen, ttables are available for axial loads which ranges ranging from 250 kg up to 18 tonne, according to the model chosen.
