| Olma of italy is specialised in the manufacture of sheetprofile roll forming machines, with or without cnc. These machines accept the metal strip in coil form and then begin to cut them to length; fold; form the profiles; and carry out the other operations as necessary. The form can be changed simply by the input of a different program in the cnc terminal. There exists the highest degree of automation in these machines, which results in high productivity while using the lowest amount of manpower. Using high-power motors and hydraulics enable working on thick sheets. The applications are many, including making the entire front and side panels of refrigerators; washing machines and cabinets. It is possible to use sheet which is pre-painted or pvc-coated. Other applications to use sheet which is pre-painted or pvccoated. Other applications include the forming of tubes [round or rectangular]; as well as profiled roof-tops, and channels in sheet-metal. It is also possible to use these machines to form sandwich panels.
