The product is processed at ultra high temperature 135°c for a brief period and rapidly cooled to room temperature to approximately 20°c. This eliminates all bacteria / micro-organisms harmful for human consumption without losing the nutritional value of the product making it safe. In aseptic packaging system, the film and product-filling path are sterilized and filling is done in sterile atmosphere to avoid recontamination thus aseptically packing the product. Extended shelf life at ambient temperature means larger distribution reach. Avoids cool chain during distribution, storage and at the point of sale reducing the logistics costs.
