It requires less floor space for machine installation, as no side opening is required and has substantially reduced height of the machine compared to conventional machines. Features cam-operated mechanism for vertical and horizontal seal drive; bag length control by slider crank mechanism; double stage thyristorised heat control system with pre-heating feature for optimum performance at highest speed; product contact parts from ss grade aisi-304; electrical and electronic system of respective track head housed in adjacent cabinet; specially designed film roll unwinding mechanism for smooth bag pulling operation; no quantity variation at the start of the machine; uv sterilization of film; end of film roll indication; compatibility for automatic cip system; etc.
