Presented by tnf engineering the metallic conveyor belts are innovative devices. These belts are manufactured with best quality wires available in the market with quality forte and precision going in every belt made. The company can cater wire conveyor belts to withstand a temperature of 10ºc to 1150ºc. Each belt is factory inspected for clear specification to meet process need of any sort of application. The company also makes non standard belts as per the need tof the client specifications or samples. There are many belt weaves some of the most common are: 1] balance weaves: consists of left and right hand spiral coils joined together by a crimped cross member. The balanced spiral weave belts are the most widely used belts due to high flexibility, even distribution of pulling forces and straight running of the belts, 2] closed pitch gratex weaves: the closed gratex belt weave consists very close pitched left and right hand spiral coils weaved together with straight cross members. The closeness of the weaves results in strong longer lasting belts even in high temperature, 3] conventional link weaves: consists of either left or right hand spiral coils interlaced together to form a continuous belt. These belts are generally used for drying of light food articles, etc, where high air circulation is required 4] rod reinforced weave: this weave have relatively elongated spiral woven together and reinforced by inserting a straight cross rod between them. Specifications: the number of spiral coils per foot of belt width [a], the number of cross members per foot of belt length [b], diameter of spiral coil wires [c], diameter of cross rod wires [d] seen in the picture.
