Abbott air systems manufactures industrial man coolers where impeller is the most critical part designed on most effective aerodynamic design dates. The impeller of the man cooler blows more draft of air with lesser motor hp than any other conventional fans in the country. The industrial man coolers are available in aluminium alloy casting with smooth surface which takes care of constant flow of air to required direction with a powerful air blast at longer distance. These industrial man coolers are available with six blades and is duly machined within close tolerance for proper fitment on the shaft of the motor. These man cooler fans are caged in rigid structure casing for protection from accidents of the high speed rotating fan blades. In case of column mounted man coolers and pedestal man coolers the cage is welded out of steel strips and thick wire gauge with close pitch. The impeller and the motor are caged in a casing of mild steel plate with flanges and having an arrangement too tilt on a rigid structure pipe stand in case of tubular man coolers. The company provides a tilting arrangement for all man coolers so that the direction of air can be fixed as per the requirement and also isolator pads between the motor and mounting plate.
