Puriflair india offers refrigerated compressed air dryer. They are equipped with technological back up from flair. The company is worldwide leader in design, manufacture and supply of products, systems and engineering services used to treat, filter, dry and purify compressed air, gases and liquids. The dryers feature noncycling refrigeration technology. This design feature, while providing consistently low dew points, will also assure compressor reliability and longevity, since the compressor is not cycled on and off. The non-cycling design also results in a more compact and lighter weight dryer. The salient features of this dryer are as follows:
- precooler/reheater for energy efficiency;
- systems operation monitor to measure and display critical air and refrigerant temperatures and to control the removal of condensate from the dryer; hermetic compressor for reliability;
- hot gas by-pass valve for freeze protection;
- control panel with on/off switch and lamp;
- compound gauge indicating refrigerant suction pressure and temperature;
- electronic drain valve to eliminate dryer clogging, the most frequent problem encountered by dryers equipped with float type drains; and,
