Makarand electronics offers gas chromatograph. The mak analytica 911 m is used for quality control, r&d and routine analytical requirements. The performance is optimised to suit most of the applications and designed with modular concept for adaptability to additional accessories, facilities and detectors and for serviceability. The instrument is being constantly improved based on technological advances and on our experience. The oven, injector, and detector and auxiliary channel temperatures are controlled precisely with user-friendly microprocessor based pid temperature controller with 4 line lcd alphanumeric display. The oven has facility of 9 step profile temperature control with over 60 methods storage capacity and with alphanumeric naming for methods. All the parameters, set and actual, are displayed with a least count of 0.1°c. The higher temperature cut off [adjustable] is provided for all the channels. Flame ionisation detector is designed to give high sensitivity, while thermal conductivity detector is designed with minimum cell volume so as to get maximum sensitivity. Modular construction makes the instrument versatile to add-on additional module as and when required. This also makes convenient from service point of view so as to keep the down time to the minimum. The machine is tested for ruggedness and robustness - %rsd is found to be less than 2% under test conditions.
